Serge Virlombier, CEO
Serge joined IndePet as CEO in 2025.
He brings with him a broad background in retail, FMCG, hospitality, entertainment, and advisory—along with a real passion for building strong, high-performing teams. Serge stepped into the pet industry as CEO of a major pet retailer, where he was responsible for the performance and profitability of more than 30 large-format stores.
Before that, Serge held senior roles across operations, sales, and marketing in both B2B and B2C businesses, and has led everything from retail network growth to full-scale business transformations.
Serge is excited to be leading IndePet through this next chapter—supporting independent retailers and continuing to grow a united and thriving community. He’s passionate about championing independence, innovation, and the unique role local pet stores play in their communities.
When he’s not working, you’ll likely find Serge spending time with his family, playing golf, or travelling whenever the opportunity arises.
