Sonia Pandolfo, Phoenix Operations & IndePet Support
Sonia brings a unique blend of creativity and organisation to her role at IndePet. With many years’ experience across corporate retail and more recently Operations Manager for a not-for-profit sector, she has a strong background in buying and product development—having led successful categories at Myer to bring new ideas to life. Most recently, she managed the administration and operations of a small not-for-profit organisation, streamlining processes and overseeing everything from compliance to IT and building projects. She loves building efficient systems and finding smart ways to improve how things run.
Known for her eye for detail and ability to juggle multiple projects, Sonia excels at bringing structure and clarity to complex environments.
Having grown up on a farm, Sonia developed a deep love for her pet dogs and cats—which continues to inspire her work and aligns closely with IndePet’s values.
Outside of work, she enjoys community volunteering, keeping things running smoothly with a busy young family, being active with sport and finding creative outlets wherever she can.
